Sorry, should also clarify that the unit is behind the toilet and the outlet drops below the floorboards. It does read really badly....

Hi, We have one in our downstairs toilet that works fine apart from a bubbling? noise after it has stopped doing its pumping. Usually you can't hear it as the cistern is filling..... There is very little vertical drop from the top of the unit under the floorboards where the 22mm plastic pipe...
