Why don't you put some Gyproc coving up. It will hide all the bits and pieces along the ceiling/wall edge. It's a bit of faffing about but once done it's done!!!!
Thanks for that Steve I am redoing the nippers bedroom at the moment as he moved out a couple of months ago into a flat but he's finding it a bit expensive so he's comin' back home to mom and dad...;) That was one of the first rooms I did up when we moved here as he was only about 12 months old...
Ceiling in front room from door way to patio doors. I made the architraves around the doors as I had to rip the old ones out when I knocked the wall down to create a large living room...
Original floor tiles in front porch they run all the way through but like I said before I put Cardean flooring over them as some of them were a bit broken and missing. But have left the option for anyone who moves in after we have gone to repair them if they want to..
The double coving and plaster cornice I put up in the "piano" room...(No we cant play it either)..But have the stereo is in there and a fire place, so a nice "Chilling out room..
Original coving and the two Cherubs keeping an eye on things. They looked very poker faced when we first moved in so I filed the plaster around their mouths into a smile.. Don't think you can see them in this shot...
