    Looks like rain has dried on the cover causing the ir to reflect. Glass cleaner with microfibre cloth. Might also be worth gently wiping the lens itself.

    Best if you can post a screenshot. If the weather forecast is fine maybe try the camera at night without the plastic dome cover.

    Either the dome glass/plastic requires cleaning or it has previously been cleaned and scratched. Always use a microfibre cloth when cleaning.

    I'd definitely consider upgrading using Hikvison Turbo. Same if not better picture quality than IP and for almost half-price. IP cameras cost more but you will be paying for feature that you will probably never use.

    STOP THE PRESS! - It now appears POC power over coax is widely available so a psu is no longer required for Tvi cameras. How quickly things change in the world of cctv! The way i it see anything over 1080p is an unnecessary luxury. Fine if you are prepared to pay for higher pixel numbers but...

    Recommend an IP + NVR CCTV

    Personally I would look at Hikvision Tvi cameras rather than IP. They cost at least 50% less and produce the same results. Yes the install is not as “clean” as a power supply is required for the cameras but value wise you cannot go wrong.
