    You don't have to be registered with nic as Part P only applies to domestic work. Of course your work still comes under 17th regs. So from what you say you'll more than likely only need to issue a MWC.

    Bonding will go from your mains water stop cock and within 600mm of your gas meter (assuming you have GCH) to your MET (main earth terminal). What type of supply do you have? Can you send in a pic of the supply intake?
