Just removed the tiles from the walls in a bathroom. Dont want to fully tile all 4 walls now so hope to get the room plastered over. Is there any worry with plastering over the tile adhesive remnants on the wall or have i got to spend hours and hours chipping it all off? Ta in advance.

Its a clay pipe dropping thru a concrete floor. I had worked out moving the wall forward was an obvious get around but was looking for a eureka moment from someone in the know... thought there may be a toilet for this sort of installation? Maybe not then?

I have just removed my bathroom for refit. I have found that the WC waste is through the floor with its centre 9 inches from the wall. Will any standard wc be able to fit this situation? Do i need to sorce a certain type of WC to suit? Was buying a new suite tomorrow but want to be sure...

What a pain of a job.. Removed the conversion kit pipework for top connection, but the p heat exchanger wouldnt come out. Had to take the whole pump assembly and block out as there had unknown to me been a slight leak there and the heat exchanger was well and truly stuck to the block... Long...

Hi, Had a similar problem before which was down to the Plate heat exchanger being partially blocked. On DHW mode water goes hot/cold/hot/cold (and trips now and then) as burner goes on and off. I assume on the primary stat temp control?? On shut off of DHW some kettleing can be heard and...

Ta for that, The gland is not leaking now. Will keep a check on it though and replace the gland should it do so.

Going for the flush out, change the thermistor (dhw temp sensor) and the plate heat exchanger. Fingers crossed that should sort it out.
