Your a star mate! The reset has done it. I originally thought about doing it but with it being fresh out the box it shouldn’t need it and secondly I was unsure which two, set and pa terminals to use. Once again thank you mate.

Which set and pa? There is 2, a pa and set in a block of 4 at the top of the panel and a set next to the bell connections and a Pa+ next to the tamp connections. I did think about this but with it being brand new I thought it couldn’t be this. I appreciate your help.

I have recently wired and installed the above security panel with 2 led keypads. On first power up both key pads alarms go off until you enter 0123 as per manufacturers instructions. Now when I enter p9999 to enter engineers mode the last 9 creates a different keypad tone and I am unable to...
