in addition to the last post, if you have water or conditioner in your drawer left over from the previous cycle, your drawer syphon could be blocked. a more technical cause could be that the conditioner solenoid coil has gone open circuit. try the simple thigs first before checking the coil.

the reason this usually happens is that the board manufacturers don't solder high current devices ( like a heater, approx 2.5kw ) with a strong enough hold. you get a dry joint and there is the normal cause. your manufacturers repair people will always replace the boards at a considerable cost...

i've seen a couple of these with a broken connection in the motor multiplug. it's worth a look. also try running the motor with the belt off. that can sometimes show up an armature fault.
