    You should have weep holes on the front of the frame, this is your drainage. Google "UPVC quadrant trim" You would of been better of going down half a brick and having a sill

    Trim back dpc Seal gap with sealant Glue/tape a bit of small quad along (smooth anthracite grey) Seal again giving double seal I hope they're face drain??!!

    Done one at 1895, low Ali on a sill, was maximum width as well. All guaranteed have had no call backs in 3+ yrs

    Agree, getting the part sent out is almost immediate, that's great. Having no service team available to rectify any manufacturing issues while the door is still under guarantee is poor A 100 mile round trip to sort out a manufacturing issue was the last resort for me

    Yaledoors is doorstop with a markup. If Yale have the same after sales service proceedure as Doorstop (shocking) then you'll be sent the faulty part to fit/rectify yourself.

    They've used masking tape then rubbed it all over the brickwork. If the gaps were small I'd use clear or a fillet trim, illbruck tape would be another option What does the inside look like?

    Doesn't seem to be any drainage to the front of window based on the pics shown If this is the case the window will be draining from underneath (base drain) that's where your problem lies.

    Are there drainage holes on top of the sash? If so pour some water down them see if it drains. You'll see the holes when you open the vent right out
