When you tested the drainage did you pour water straight down the holes or did you fill up the threshold? If screws are overtighted on the inner part of the threshold profile, water will build up and seep over the top and inside. Looks like it's coming underneath though, silicone has shrunk

If you've not use glue and activator before just stick them on with some silicone. I always use both, normally find the caulk inside cracks if just glued so always run silicone down the wall as well as glueing to the frame

Each supplier is different, this is one of ours installed this week. Ours are processed as Schwartz Braun Black, does seem more black than the Rock Door. If you've been shown a colour swatch and it's different I'd request some answers

Ral 7016 anthracite, if schuco is 7016 then you'd want the smooth PVC profile and not the grained for a perfect match. Warm edge spacer for the glass PVC will mark like most things if knocked about. Touch up pens and repairs kits for gauges are available, so usually comes up looking like new

The x2 adjustments on the side of the hinge is the one you need, you'll only be able to gain 2/3mm.

Try taking the white caps (at top of hinge) off the middle and top hinge, there should be a Allen key adjustment, you want to hinge to move the opposite way to the lock, this should ease the door going into the frame. If it still doesn't line up the door will need repacking (toe and heeling)...
