    F1 is ignition lockout if an airlock or over heat situation then F5 will show as there is no mention of F5 only F1 the boiler normally has 3 attempts at ignition then defaults if you cannot reset boiler sounds like a pcb fault and will be covered on warranty.

    The flexi hose to the exp. vess. block on this boiler giving the same fault as a faulty exp. vess.Normally you can pump the vess. back up to 1 bar they rarely need replacing.On the odd occassion i have replaced them it normally takes 2 hours,3 hours max if in a difficult position.

    I think you have a MK111 boiler if so the pilot lights when calling for heat and will stay on untill switched live is off.     Glow Worm Boiler - Water Leak

    If it is the seal on the flue adaptor it should be covered as a warranty job by glow-worm as it is a manufactured fault.It will need to be addressed as the codensate is acidic and will rot any copper or steel it comes into contact with.

    A very common fault on this boiler is the flexi exp. tube blocking preventing the exp. vess. from working gives the same symptom of failed exp. vess.It has been mentioned numerous times on this forum and should be checked.

    Sounds like you are describimg the o/heat cut out the thermister is just pushed into a phial pockeT a long copper sensor in two halves on the older one the new is one piece. As the boiler has not got pump over run tend to find a few that have overheated and need to be reset.

    The compact with the hall effect sensor is the P range it has a bi-thermal h/exch (no plateh/exch) and a pilot, can be difficult to change sensor from memory.

    Cleaning/removing the injector is corgi territory you should not attempt this as you prob. do not posses the knowledge or equipment to test for gas leaks on re-assembly the burner is water cooled by the way so the system would need draining to remove this
