    Thanks for that guys, you just made my job more complicated lol. The 2 showers is the thing that im most concerned with, also does running hot water affect a combi shower even if the flow rate is higher ie on a higher KW boiler?

    Hi everyone Im building a house soon in the East Midlands and was wondering what kind of rates im looking at for bricklayers. I assume blocks are a bit cheaper per m2 to lay? I imagine there is a shortage of bricklayers too so would 4 months notice usually be enough do you think? thanks
