when proper vents gets installed I think then the roofer will insulate that area. Will take some pictures from outside of the roof tomorrow. Do you think there can be some sort of breathe able membrane that can be put on top of the current insulation to make the insulation a bit better??

This is what it looks like at the moment. I hope the roofer does exactly what you are saying. He will be back on Friday.

That Leak is due to condensation, he is putting some vents there so hopefully that solves this issue
