    Not sure if you can buy them seperately ? You might need to buy a 40mm (not 50) fitting and rob it or swap the fitting.

    Work out the KW of the 3 rads and if less than 5.9 kw max you should be ok with 15mm pipe.

    Does the compression fitting have the nut,anti slip collar and tapered rubber seal?.Without the nylon collar the fitting won't tighten.

    Here is one i've used but try and keep yours about 2 inches higher out the ground or the gestapo will be on to you saying that it shouldn't be in cement.....lol

    That is a timesaver fitting but why would you want to use that ? Cut the cast close to the ground and use the fitting above. Be careful as that cast is heavy.

    He could have run the pipe (in chrome) from the top (or bottom)which would have been better There is no rear entry for pipework with this shower.
