both sound like dear options, i asked a guy who owned a glass unit manufacturing company if it was worth upgrading my glass to triple glazed and he said not for the cost, he said 4/20/4 with argon gas is fine. make sure the windows are foamed up beneath the silicone and the openers are tight closing
