OK thanks, I think I have it now, I put a small wire in the Junction box to replace where I take the old stat from, linking terminals T4 and T5. Yes it is only a Temperature wireless Stat. What about placing the relay below the Boiler is that OK?

My other question is that the only sensible place for me to fit the relay is about 300mm below the Boiler. Do you think that will be OK? they say to fit to one side of boiler in instructions.
