    Scrim tape the board joints and skim away.

    Not seen his work he seems like a cowboy ,plastering is a dirty job but if you know what you are doing and keep on top of things there is no way he should have left your house in such a state. give him a threat with the small claims court or most of your money back.

    WET THE WALLS AND SKIM AWAY USING MULTI FINISH. IF U R A NOVICE PRACTICE ON YOUR SMALLIST WALL. DONT FORGET TO USE 2 COATS. GOOD LUCK :D

    Rubbing down new plaster...

    Spot on Rich these are cowboys the finished plaster should be flat and smooth,never should you need to rub it down.
