If all the walls have to be hacked back to bare brick and rendered then the price you have been given is about right ,but if the walls are sound and not blown then £400 is a fair price.

Hard without seeing state of walls but as a guess i would charge no more than £400

Metal corner bead is what you need £1 a length from B&Q

Roughly id say about 2 grand

Most bedrooms about £200

Scrim tape the board joints and skim away.

Not seen his work he seems like a cowboy ,plastering is a dirty job but if you know what you are doing and keep on top of things there is no way he should have left your house in such a state. give him a threat with the small claims court or most of your money back.

2 coats of pva is fine and use mulifinish and 2 coats

If he is doing th whole house on is own a week is good going. Id charge about 3 grand for the whole house.

WET THE WALLS AND SKIM AWAY USING MULTI FINISH. IF U R A NOVICE PRACTICE ON YOUR SMALLIST WALL. DONT FORGET TO USE 2 COATS. GOOD LUCK :D

Easily removed with a steamer

Spot on Rich these are cowboys the finished plaster should be flat and smooth,never should you need to rub it down.
