    Just cut an hole through fibreglass and boards,fit pipe flashing,secure edges with clout nails,Then seal(ensure clean/dry) with either t/o felt(prime first) or more suitable for yourself acrypol,no primer required(DONT USE "CHEAP" PAINT ON COMPOUNDS,THEY DONT LAST).Either way will last many many...

    Thanks for the vid prod,I must admit ive never used to hooks in the vid.More often than not i use a bit of silicone and a lead tinkle,the silicone prevents rattling but as you say each to their own.It matters not which method one uses,as long as its effective then the jobs a good un :wink: .

    You could always blast it with hot air gun,i use blow torch to dry when not practical to wait, failing that do on dry day and wait as long as poss or until dry. If hot day be dry in no time,alot depends on the weather.

    I buy 25 litre tins but i do know builders merchants sell 1 litre tins and they are under a tenner. Wickses and wilkisons stores both sell also in small tins .Allow primer to dry before applying whatever to it.(leave until next day) :wink: .

    Having not used it in the wet ill have to take e word for it :wink: .Anytime i use it i dry with towel and torch and its one of the very few repair compunds that actually works.Im just saying what it says on the tin.

    Acrpol does stick in wet conditions,this is one of the reasons its so expensive as it sticks to anything and lasts(google it,check it out),Acrypol or remove imo,if you got the cash remove if not then acrypol it.Fibre glass is not good on concrete.
