At the top of the valley you would normally dress in a lead saddle,which is a piece of say code 4 lead 18" x 12" dressed over the valley/valleys then bed your ridge on top. Hope this helps Dave

As has been said i know most skip companys just charge you more to put it in the street, they normally ask you where its going before delivery. With scaffolding you do need a permit before hand if it goes on to a path, be careful because it can take a week or so. Cheers Dave

Just one tip, we tend to use lead mate(grey coloured mastic) instead of a sand/cement mix to do the pointing of the lead, its flexable and will not crack and fall out like the mortar does. Hope this helps Dave
