    There appears to be timber 'debris' on right hand gland thread. The cleat is not parallel to board edge. :wink: But I would maybe put an asterisk and a footnote in comments section. Perhaps go with the Fcu supply cable as someone else posted.

    Thats a very kind offer i may take you up on it. I think i will go to customer and at least try new MCB for size. Its just a little job that i am sorting out inbetween the 'bigger' jobs.

    The din rail entry on the first two hagers look way out but because the clamps on breakers opperate inversely the din rail gets grabbed at same point on both. My only concern is how much of the busbar gets inside the L118.

    Any input is appreciated i thought it would be a case of getting an MCB to retro fit and maybe then he could run shower and if it continued to trip then think about a lower 8.5Kw shower. But i thought getting a replacement carrier was the easy bit of the job.
