    looks like a twist connector to me. shuld just twist off anti clockwise. you could replace them with some wago connectors from screwfix. why not consider tapping existing condit boxes to METRIC and get some pins from wholesaler? You should be able to source the pins for them though.

    Part of a job ive been asked to quote involves changing a light fitting in a bathroom. Supplementary bonding is all in place and main bonding to water and gas. There is no RCD protection on lighting. Would you quote for fitting an rcbo? i dont want to put it on as an 'optional extra' .
