    Nope, a 50mm insulation board 300mm wide will be fine for a gutter.

    You can create a gutter in the insulation by using a thinner insulation. We usually do this when window cills are an issue.

    We fit approx 30,000m2 of S/P a year and 40,000 Felt. Thats proper single ply. Single ply more prone to damage by following trades, but all much of a muchness. More skill required to install felt systems.

    PU Adhesive. Most insulation systems are now bonded in PU. if you are using a TR range of PUR it will take a PU fine. If you are using a T & G deck , even better. This applies only to liquid PU, do not use the Foam due to the need to lay labourers on boards until it cures !

    You use thermal sleeves for fixing insulation under single ply. :lol: They have specified Foamglass because of its compressive strength. It negates the need for a ply deck. However, there are issues bonding a single ply to Foamglass, it will need to be a mechanically fixed system...
