    Agree with Catlad. Using Eternits on there is dire. It also looks like they've oversailed the gutter to much and closed it down? You can strip and coat it..but, it would be nice to see it done properly, you can use code 4 with a T Pren nowdays but whether the cost of T Pren would outweigh...

    Looks like they have just painted the dash to me. Also, has the DPC been bridged at the front with the paving? Has the drive been overlayed and also bridged the DPC ? Place looks like it falling to bits, so would also advise a full survey.

    It needs Asphalt or felt with promenade tiles on, as will any membrane to protect it. Alternatively, Triflex. Designed for exactly that purpose, but you need to be an approved installer.
