    I suppose I could do the lot, cement render inside with the added waterproofer, then bondng and then a multi-finish coat...that will work wouldn't it? Thanks in advance for all of your advice.

    Actually may just get a 150w floodlight and a 60w lantern type. Should still be alright with a 3amp fuse then in the fused spur. Thanks
