Only other consideration is for painting point of view Plaster board might give exact match with surrounding plaster boards, where us plywood might not give that same look..?? difficult paint as well..?

I will do these checks over weekend. I am planning to do repointing with lime mortar in summer. Is that going to help..? BTW this house had some wall plants covered all over 10 years ago, probably that also damaged the wall. What else could help..?

As in the image water mark is not on the top. Its on the side.

Seepage/leak/water mark is mainly in this area inside the door. Not on the Top

No information on that from previous owner. Door looks pretty new.

Robotic may not be an option as pics uploaded its multiple patches of uneven king of area. Not easy to map and make machine understand!!

As you can see mine is similar, not a single plot. Got some trees as well. uneven surface and behind house grass is narrow patches as well. See photos . Its not a Football pitch sort of place.

Thanks, probably some already used in the roof. Need to find a better solution than tape. If I could find a way to loosen those panels, by loosening it I could put them back to its place. These panels just slipped down a bit though looking old its still functional if I can place them back .

You can see edge bending on second photo above as I tried hit with mallet and put it back to its place. It didn't move at all. I have shown the closeup picture as it looks to be some sort of locking system..?? I thought someone could help me with some tips to dismantle it easily...??
