does the boiler stay lit when hot tap demand? check pipework underneath boiler to the left to see if flow pipe is getting hot

le can be overheat stat fault not just pcb does the dhw fluctuate on a tap?

dont waste your money on a display hire a engineer who can fix the fault instead of throwing money at parts,

could be the dry fire stat is leaking but as someone has already said check aav isn't leaking also

your heat exchanger is probably leaking the water is going down the condense pipe. have this checked before you rip up the floorboards

its a logic more than likely to have the copper filling loop right hand side underneath the boiler

i would ring ideal back and get them to fix this. try to see were the hot dhw is going is it going down the flow or return?try this when pipes are cold and run hot tap is the boiler lighting up and staying on for how long? does burner light stay solid?

did you check the pipework to see were the dhw was going? it would of only taken a few more seconds to remove divereter head and to see if the cartridge pushes in and out as baxi have a part that is the same as the plastic manifold the cartridge sits in don't they?

i've worked on this boiler or years this is not like the isar at all this is ok provided its serviced properly a new pcb occasionally but main problem or me is connex connections on low and return pipes leak a lot mainly system components not the boiler cause most o my calls
