    Sorry yes an Auto factors is a car store (NOT HALFORDS THOUGH) and they will more than likely have special automotive clips for small diameter hoses which will do the same job as jubilee clips you are supposed to used a special crimp tool for them but a squeeze with pliers does the same job as...

    Attach a piece of hose to it with a jubilee clip and stuff a bolt up the other end also Jubilee clipped. This will stop it leaking. Looks too small to be standard hose fitment but a decent auto factors will have the correct bore I love a bodge me :mrgreen:

    Get in to Sparkying :wink: seriously though I can do most trades (except gas) and it does come in handy to be multi skilled and you really need to diversify in this current climate if you can. Most trades are easy enough to learn but notoriously difficult to master

    Are you referring to the incoming gas main to your property ? There is such a thing as a viking coupling which can convert lead to Copper I think I am sure real experts will be along to help soon :D

    Used to when Howdens owned MFI. Think that's changed now as Howdens now make their own I know Benchmarx is Wickes Flat pack but pre-built (If that makes sense) :?
