possile it is the paste from the wallpaper did u steam it off ?good luck

sounds as if you have used the knotting correctly,circles and cracks need filling ,rub down flush and of u go. uc x2 glossx1 rubbing down betwen coats.jobs a good one.

ps if cutting in the architave a prob 1 inch masking tape and paint away. :wink:

as said before waterbased paint no good 4 copper,degrease with white spirits.prime(calciumb plumbate)undercoat and gloss .....job done 8)
