Hi, could be pulling out of this bungalow purchase due to hassle and very unsure what is the right way. Flimsy PVC windows buckled under weight. Structural engineer report says remove all of Finlock around bungalow. UPVC guys seem to only want to cut of gutter portion then fit soffits...
