Hi forget the pipe which is a safety discharge pipe and nothing will be coming out of it except in a fault condition, you should be lookig at getting the flue extended to where it won't condense on the underside of the walkway or see if the manufacturers do a plume kit for your boiler.

Hi the replacement pcb for this boiler has a micro controller which is pre-programmed rather than a lot of relays which were fitted to the old board. I would suggest that the board is faulty.

Hi with your radiators coming off of manifolds, if you then tee off as you described you will get problems with balancing, change manifolds to ones you can take all yourr radiators from.

Hi if your heating comes on in the morning shouldn't think it would be your roomstat that wouldn't know what time of day it is, sounds more like timer settings put it on 24hr/constant see what happens.

Probably just the tap body has got water where it shouldn't have it you can turn mains water off won't affect your combi. Get a tap body replacement.
