    i say conservatory, extension is probably a better name. there were 3 walls already they did the fourth and the roof. There was little extension already on which got demolished and had the old boiler there which has since been moved.

    100% sure there is no concrete. Just sand and mud (its an extension over the garden). There are joists but they obviously aren't supporting the load. It's turning out to be a nightmare of a job!
