I want to paint my living room skirting boards/Stair rail with satin walnut varnish. It looks bare wood to me but it has little bit gloss if i look very close to it. So I'm not sure if its wood stain or clear varnish, how can i find this? If its a varnish could you recommend any decent sander up...

I brought a plumber who straight away said there's no solution other than changing basin but after doing some online search looks like there're some two hole basin mixer taps available. I don't wana spend too much as i'll replacing my whole bathroom later on, does some one know any two hole...

Finally decided to change my whole suite to white (thought just to get single hole basin), the only suite i've found so far is from B&Q called Barcelona 1 Tap Hole Suite With Taps (£349). Does some one know how's the quality of it and is there similar option available some where else? Many...
