    cobalt bits are for hard metal and stainless steel - not a lot of use on concrete as previously suggested get a sds drill and quality bits to suit , if you cant get a sds drill then try bosch granite bits

    make sure that the driver is set for the correct length of screw , check that the screwdiver bit is ok plus check that the right bit is fitted (the length and width of the bit is critical)

    you should be able to order spear & jackson screwdrivers from any neil tools dealer - but you would prob have to order 6 at a time , stes are readily available at about a tenner the yellow screwdrivers look a bit like the old steadfast drivers which have not been available for years ...

    the old black black and decker professional range was one of the best ranges about - it only went downhill when they re-badged it dewalt. ( and dewalt is part of black&decker - not the other way round )

    you can buy a trend uni-base for a lot less that £26 and that will fit most models of router the trend router is a far better bit of kit though

    never heard of them , but i did find this - http://www.faqs.org/patents/app/20080201964 for a clean cut in melamine try the bosch t308 "ultra clean cut" far better than the downward cutting blades
