glad you agree :) I got the combi for budgetary reasons but I miss proper hot water. I am sure some are better but mine, and all the others i have used give either lots of tepid water or small amounts of scalding hot water!

I am integrating the alarm open/close signal into our lighting control systems so that they cant be left on when the place is empty. It would have been convenient to have an output from a lim as it will be nearer the controls. The open/close off the output board on the main print will do for now...

Thats how I would imagine it should work, apart from the cell being compattible with a transformer load, have you tried it without the UPS? Some UPSs cause problems with certain equipment and I had a relay chattering running on a big UPS system. Failing that, Im out of suggestions :)

Is the photocell a 110V or 230V version? Is it installed before or after the 230 -> 110V transformer?

Its output is about 350,000Btu, i dont have a U6 meter, its a big fat one with 35mm copper. I dont let a domestic RGI work on it either, I use a commercial one.
