    I once cut a circle out of 8mm thick steal with a jigsaw and a metal cutting blade and did a good job of it.

    I once made this mould. It took me ages and it made this water feature. I have made quite a few moulds planters urns plinths etc. Best place to buy moulds is eBay but concrete moulds could mean any type mould so not sure what you mean by concrete mould.

    Maybe you could use clear epoxy resin like you use with fibreglass. Not sure what it would look like as I have never done anything like it. I have concreted larger pebbles down and it looked good.
