    Permanent seating brick/block/wood designs

Hi All I have a desire to construct a seating area on the patio I'm currently tiling. I've worked it out that I'm about 4m2 short on tiles so it give me perfect opportunity to build a seating area which will be about 2 meters long and have a right angle turn at the patio edge to make it a...

Which Sliding mitre saw question Again... Sorry

Yeah, for stud work the blade is fine, even for skirting it's not too bad. For the price I think it's a bargain bit of kit for a keen DIY'er

Hi All, Newbie Here in midst of extension

I had purchased some 'bifold' wooden doors from B&Q as the size was near perfect for the built in wardrobe in the front bedroom and with my dad being the skilled carpenter I put him to task of fitting them.... He was less than impressed with the quality of the design and instructions so we...

Sonos install. Hints, tips & advice please.

I would agree, running a playbar and 2 play1's without a sub is not good, I tried it and the sub made a huge difference. As for all the other above info...... Excellent info. :)

Hi All, Newbie Here in midst of extension

The blinds we have ordered were made up and the bathroom and front bedroom were fitted. The fitter started on the ones for the bifolds but realised one of the brackets was incorrect, so 2 fitted, 2 to do

Hi All, Newbie Here in midst of extension

The plumber came in to fit the plinth heaters and they are all connected up now. The electricians have been in too, I had to board and plaster a small wall in the garage so they could position the Velux and UFH sockets, luckily it dried out quickly enough to get a mist coat on there too...
