    Header tank steaming

No you have a problem. Turn the pump speed down to 1 to see if this is any better. Otherwise needs the plumbing looking at. if possible convert it to a sealed system. Vented systems have no place in a modern heating system it's technology from the dark ages.

    vented or unvented?

Unlikely that 4 showers will be running at once. 18 litres a minute is a bit on the poor side. I would fit an unvented cylinder and an accumulator tank. Feed all the showers from the accumulator and hot water tanks. I would use an ACV tank as these have extremely fast reheat times and...

Central heating flowing into expansion tank

The first thing to do would be turn the pump speed down to 1. Open all the radiator valves at both sides fully. If still overflowing put a push fit cap end on the expansion pipe over the tank. The expansion can go back up the feed pipe. Most likely cause is there is a blockage in the...

Worcester Bosch Boiler keeps getting air in pump

Since this is a wall mounted boiler. If wall mounted and single pipe system with a non return valve then replacing the non return valve would be the first step. A leak in the piping is also very possible. Ensure there are no joints in the piping from the tank or those there are do not have...

    Adding a radiator

T off the 22mm pipes. You can then go to the new radiator in 15 or 10mm. My preference being 15 as it looks better and heats up faster.
