Thanks for your help, took it of last night and cleaned it out, wasnt too much in there clogging it up few labels and a bit of plastic & gunk, not sure if that was the problem untill i do a wash 2day!! :P

sorry, ive can see the black tube thing coming from the drum to the outlet hose is that the one?? Looks a bit of a job to get it off!! Thanks

Thanks for your reply. Nothing is behind the kick strip, ive read something that said it may be hidden?!?! ill have a look at the back, is it pretty straight forward?

Anyone know?? Not sure if it has one as i've been reading that some older machines don't have a pump or just not a customer accessible one!!!

Does anyone know how to clean the filter in this?? Washing doesn't seem to be smelling very clean lately think the filter may be clogged. Any help greatly appreciated :) . Thanks
