I've noticed that the TimeGuard light is still on so assume the problem is not that. Is it possible that the the immersion heater feeds off a separate circuit to the main fuse box where the fuse has gone. Any one any ideas as to what is causing my immersion to be a problem?

Yesterday some of the lights in my flat went. Today, the immersion has stopped working. I know that the two should be on separate circuits. Also, the bulbs are fine and the element in the immersion was newly installed a year ago. It's also operated using a timer so it is not on continuously...
