Very easy fix do not use the toilet when someone is in the shower. Your incoming mains is a single pipe which feeds everything in the house. What pressure and flow rate do you get at your kitchen sink. Pete

Looks like 2 pipes to me. One with an access cap looks about 6". They could be seperate drains run in the same trench with the surface water protected being enclosed. Pete

The flexible connectors are easier to connect to each end however they usually have a smaller internal bore so you lose out on flow, however you can purchase flexis with a larger bore. The standard tap connector means you can run 22mm pipe all the way up to the tap. Pete

Odds on it is the ball valve letting by a few drips which as you say will overflow when the tank is not being drwn from. Pete

You cannot use the return from the rads as the ufh is a seperate circuit totally with its own pump. The return from the rads have to return to the boiler they could not acts as a flow to the ufh as this would conflict the manifolds flow and return. Hope that makes sense, however I see what you...

The flow is not really the issue the temperature is. As the manifold will have a thermostatic mixing valve set way below usual radiator temperatures. If you can tee off the flow and return that feed the maniflold that would be better. Pete

I like the Magnaclean as it has a large magnet and grabs alot of magnetite. The TFI grabs alot of magnetite too but also appears to retain bio contaniments too ans is very easy to drain off compare to the Magnaclean. I have no experience of the Spirotech. Pete
