    Kyle Rittenhouse?

What's your point? He did something he was allowed to do? Definetely 100% guilty then. Why bother with a trial? Do you even understand why they have the 5th Amendment?

Freeview recorders, catch up TV etc.

Yes, thanks - I took a look at lunchtime and noticed the logo on the guide. I would say apart from the 4 main channels there is not an awful lot available though. Maybe I am being a bit egregious over the account setup, but it can get annoying clicking through all the agreements and typing in...

Freeview recorders, catch up TV etc.

The Freeview site is really annoying me "If you have a Freeview Play TV or set-top box it means that you’ve got on-demand TV built in, so you can catch up straight away on any shows you might have missed." Any? From expertreviews: "Not all programmes are available on-demand, so there’s no...

Freeview recorders, catch up TV etc.

My mum has an old twin tuner panasonic freeview recorder and it works great. Occasionally when she missed shows we could get them on catch up TV on the virgin box which wasn't too bad either. However when we got a her a new TV with freeview play I thought she could use that, however it's not...

    Replacing Extractor Fan

I think that all you can realistically do. All my extractor fans have the earth wire just sleeved and tucked in the housing so it seems most extractor fans do not have an earthing point anyway. It is annoying when things aren't wired correctly, my mums thermostat was wired with earth as one...

Cable Routing Options - EV Charger

So true ;) Openreach engineer made a mess of my line install, refused to drill a wall because the boiler condensate pipe was on the same wall - Even though it was obvious where the pipe ran and there was plenty of space. Ended up making a huge hole near my front door and cable snaking round the...

    Mysterious creases on wall

Interestingly, I just noticed creases like this on the party wall in the lounge. It's weird as the effect is much like air bubbles in paper but I don't think the wall was papered since I have raked out some cracks elsewhere. It is a new build so it could be settlement in my case. I am having...

    COP26 irony

Except they are not really? And it can be discussed by zoom. Most of the speakers are appearing by zoom anyway so why can't the leaders do the same? Scientists don't have to travel half the world whenever they need to discuss problems and solutions. Nobody at COP26 is actually discussing...

    Painting filler on ceiling

So I filled some bits on the ceiling where the plaster had cracked around the plasterboard screws but even after 2/3 coats there were still patches showing through. So I realised I should have been mist coating the filler. The question is what should I do now? Give it a light sand and start...

    Extractor fans and ducting

Seems like a good idea as well! I am a bit concerned there is a reason for no ducting, like the hole was messed up. A metre of 100m pvc is cheap so it's worth a go. Looking at the kitchen one the outside grill looks mounted a bit too low, hopefully there is a bit of adjustment on it.

    Extractor fans and ducting

Should wall mounted extractor fans use ducting? I have an extractor fan in my downstairs toilet and the kitchen but I noticed there is no ducting between the inside fan and the grill on the outside. There is a ducting shaped hole behind each fan. Not sure if this is an issue with regard to...

Repairing crack in concrete screed floor

Thanks, I have some Everbuild JetCem, is this the same or as good - I'd rather not buy a bag ardex a45 for a one off repair (smallest bag is 11kg it seems)

Repairing crack in concrete screed floor

Hi, I have a crack in the concrete screed across the doorway between the hall and kitchen. It is no more than 5mm wide and hasn't changed in a year or so. There are no other cracks in any of the flooring throughout downstairs. Can I just fill it in with some concrete mix? The google results...

    Tory MPs: "Don't wear masks."

Labour MPs don't wear masks. The Guardian need to go to specsavers! https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2021/09/30/no-facemasks-little-social-distancing-labours-covid-hypocrisy/ https://www.spectator.co.uk/article/labour-s-mask-hypocrisy

They threatened Corbyn would take us back to the 70s.. But the Tories did

Where did I say that? Antifa are not anti-facist, they do want to overthrow the american government though and constantly post about this on social media

They threatened Corbyn would take us back to the 70s.. But the Tories did

I would say the FBI definition of domestic terrorism is quite broad: Domestic terrorism: Violent, criminal acts committed by individuals and/or groups to further ideological goals stemming from domestic influences, such as those of a political, religious, social, racial, or environmental...

That's not evidence of the 2,700 case load. Read my post please. Much sharper than you it seems!

They threatened Corbyn would take us back to the 70s.. But the Tories did

I'm not actually, I just don't like living in a clown world where people twist terms and definitions to fit their ideology.

They threatened Corbyn would take us back to the 70s.. But the Tories did

The definitions are *the point*, the facts / numbers would be completly different depending on the definitions. Definitions matter. The 3 extra articles you referenced cite the CSIS study: Here is the definition of Terrorism from the research: DEFINING TERRORISM This report focuses on...

They threatened Corbyn would take us back to the 70s.. But the Tories did

:ROFLMAO: Don't need to - You don't know the details of the 2700 caseload. Furthermore, as mentioned in my other post, this thread is useless without defining what is right-wing terrorism. The newamerica report seems to decide which incidents are and not "right wing" for itself. I could easily...
