The insulation value of celcon standard is 0.15W/mk. not 0.15W/m2k. You do not have a clue about R values and U value calculations, if you did, you would know that the R value of your 300mm block is 2. How are you going to achieve a U value of 0.2 for your wall with 40mm ins. plasterboard...

You have not stated your required U value or given your U value calculation breakdown. Can you provide these to the forum?

Bob you have not understood. Alarms are supposed to 'raise the alarm' ie to get someone authorised to immediately investigate, then reset the alarm if alarm false. However every alarm in my road just rings and no-one investigates since as they are not key holders they are powerless to do...

I think it means he will put 1 wide trenchblock on the trench concrete footing. Then lay 2 course with a cavity which he will then fill with concrete. He will then lay 2 more courses to bring him to DPC level but those courses will have insulation fitted in the cavity. I have not done any...
