    who said anything about a TRV. And a PRV is on a pipe from a boiler or back boiler and it is used if the feed becomes blocked as the coal back boiler has no stat.

    do you have a coal fire with a back boiler? or a gas back boiler.as that looks like a old style prv not used much now as the discharge the water all over the floor ( but you can still get them)

    i dont think worcester offer a fixed price repair on a dirty system like that, by the sounds of it its not on the plate as the heating doesnt work aswell. i would say the pump needs removing to see how bad it is. but the divertor and hydroblock might be full of crap. a few hours and a bucket...

    That valve can't be found anywhere it's been obsolete for many years. All you can do is replace the boiler. We have been looking for them for a while and nobody has any . You may get lucky ringing small suppliers to see if they have one on a dusty shelf.

    The pcb is faulty the relay is failing on it, if you order another one look at your old one first as you can get a 1 fuse or 2 fuse pcb

    Minor works for electrics what is one if them. I can work from the fused spur to the boiler including controls without one of them.

    Solid light is fault I googled it you Need to rebind your receiver ( press override does your heating work then)

    I think a flashing red light is fault ( I'm unsure) try hitting the pump with something and see if it starts going again. Isn't the 330 a combi? I don't deal with British gas boilers a lot I know it's a glowworm. Surly it wouldn't be on gravity Hotwater Have you got a hot water cylinder...

    It a plastic cover that is open at the bottom to let the water out if you remove it you will see a copper pipe ( they use this instead of a wire cage as the pipe doesn't get blocked with leaves) it is perfectly legal. And it's proberly just needs the vessel charging properly as none of them seem...

    At 1.9 m in the floor void even with hatches and clips etc the fall would be to great for the space ( including the non combustion regs etc) your best bet would be to get a Worcester approved gas engineer who deals wit these everyday and they could tell you the best options for your boiler
