That looks like an ACL drayton valve, if so its connected wrong, and which way is the pump pumping?

You would think so, but it might be down to the whole system configuration.

I think the pumping over IS your problem, if you move the vent to where it should be your problem will more than likely be solved.

Is it still pumping over? Can you post pics of the pump/valve/cylinder set up?

you have compromised the room sealed chamber, i would suggest you get a rgi. I suspect the bit thats leaking may well be obsolete.

The pressure issue will be due to an issue with the vessel, needs recharging. The hot/cold scenario has been done to death, will most likely be the plate heat exchanger being blocked with dirt.

I would say you need a gas safe engineer, flashing 90 means lack of flame, which being gas you are very unlikely to get help here. And its extremely doubtful youd have 4 faulty traps! I dont remember ever changing a trap on a betacom or any similar type of boiler!
