    Air. Turn off the hot ones and as the others heat up turn them off until you get the last one going, you can then turn them back on, let them get properly hot, before turning off.

    I've not read this whole thread but try Tracking along as much of the pipe, as you can, with a magnet, if it sticks to the pipe there is magnetite in it which will reduce or stop circulation.

    I suspect the flue bits to do as you want are available, however, whether the manufacturer would approve of it being outdoors is another matter.

    Can you post a picture of the pump, motorised valve(s) and the pipework around that area.

    you could try draining and refilling, but that often entrains more air. find the cold feed connection and cut it out.

    looks like sooey got it right, if you feel competent to clear the cold feed do so, if not call a pro.

    Try refittin the prog and then turn on the CH only, (set to fully pumped on back of prog) see if it works

    Sounds like you need a new receiver.

    You should have put an air release on the pipe at the 3port valve. As it is the easiest way to bleed it is to loosen one of the compression joints, probably on the gate valve, and catch the water in a tub.

    check for mains power on the white wire to the valve, when there is a call for heating .
