Never change the clutch fork unless damaged as above. Keep the foot completely off the pedal unless you are going to apply the clutch fully, no half way. If anyone drives with their foot resting on the pedal for any reason, the clutch will wear prematurely, likewise if the pedal is depressed...

Consider giving it a workout (dry out) to see if things improve, the sump could be full of old oil, needs burning out ............ Better put a filter on first, or the neighbours will report you ............ :)

Double check that its the vacuum brake boost pipe, because it seems to be going to the air box? If so its to far away from the inlet manifold to get a vacuum for the brake servo, so probably as already said, positive ventilation for the sump. Again that pipe going into the air box/pipe will...

The electric fan on the radiator cut in, as it should? Secondhand rad from a breaker if not leaking will be fine, just some will turn their nose up for fitting it.

General check procedure for automatic transmission. Run engine in park and check oil level in transmission, unless it says otherwise on the dip stick. Top up if required with Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF)

Crankshaft ventilation valve might be blocked, so you could clean that to see if it helps. Some vent the sump to the outside of the engine especially on high mileage engines. Otherwise, change oil used or its internal engine wear.
