    Personally i will always use intel processors. The only issue i see with this processor, is that that you make sure and double sure your motherboard is compatable. Building 2 of these for customers and had issues with the bios not recognising the processor. also its cheaper here...

    try and get a microphone or another web cam and test them if they are ok then it may be a faulty web cam what windows do you run? can you post a pic of the systray (bottom right of the screen) please.

    i had a virus on a computer the other day that changed the dns servers of the router, make sure that the dns is automatically by your isp, but to check the host file, C: > windows >system32 >drivers >etc >right click on hosts and open with note pad, copy and paste it here.
