    The Omen 666

Brightness, no Iron maiden were innocent there, Black Sabbath and Judas Priest were guilty of that little trick and I believe that the Beatles supposedly had "Paul is dead" on one of the tracks on Sgt Peppers album.

    The Omen 666

Nelsy 8) I saw Iron Maidens 666 number of the beast tour way back in 1980's, pretty cool concert, but contrary to popular opinion the songs werent devil worshipping , but actually quotes from the bible, Its what taught me to remember, "woa to you oh earth and sea, for the devils sends the...

    wiring help

Yeah, from a legal point of view, it would be irresponsible to tell you to do the opposite of what the law allows! As it is in a special location, part p of the building regs applies and you need to have the local authority involved or use a registered spark. We would love to help technically...

    cork snobbery

Ok BAN you win, it does matter for environmental and social reasons, but not for wine drinkability reasons  Also cork cork is a renewable resource, as it is harvested and grows back, therefore perhaps we should ask for more than just wine to have traditional corks? It's also very nice to...

    Electrical socket in bathroom

Shouldnt really be in there at all, but regs depend on height and distance from bath/shower,not measured from sinks/basins, there are diagrams elsewhere on this forum, I cant remember where you'll need to search or have a look on the niceic website, bathroom electrics are very well explained...

    SWA armour earthing

If you can, re-make the end of the swa into a gland of the correct size, this will provide a lug on a washer which can be used for the earth cable. You only need to earth swa at one end as the armour is not to be relied on as an earth, but as protection for the cores within. So check it hasn't...
