If you can isolate a small rad at both valves either side. Then remove the rad and drain from the valves. Whilst its empty replace the Drain valve. Nath

It could be a faulty tap. If it was the boiler 99% of the time it would do it from every hot tap. I'd be looking at that scenario first. Nath

Sounds like spindle as come away from the paddle. Can you turn the mains off outside and strip it down? Nath

The flue has a too big of a fall back to the boiler. It's on the **** to accomadate the plume kit. And I may be wrong but if the flue was more horizontal, the it looks like you have enough distance under the eave. And the plume wouldn't be neccessecery Nath

If you isolate the boiler and mark where the dial is. If you leave it overnight and check it in the morning you will see if the guage has fallen. If not then you can say your leak is on the heating. Nath

Your boiler isn't sending a ls so you need to wire one of the wires onto a live. Then the other wire will go to the radiator symbol live return. Nath

There will be a return pipe that runs across the bottom of the radiator ( internal. It attaches too the valve. Possibly broke off or blocked up. Nath
