Thanks guys Parts centre say its obsolete. If i can use a generic one then why would the gas engineer not know this or offer as a solution, nor did parts centre. £3k would be a massive dent in my profit and I need every penny as expecting my first child in a few weeks arrgghhh

HELP! Am selling my house and my very old yet reliable boiler failed its safety inspection on its casing seal. Apart from thats its great. Everywhere I ask this item is obsolete. and if I can't find the part I will have to give the buyers £3k for a new boiler which i so don't want to do...
