Yes mate it is. Also looks very patchy, as in multiple patch jobs, found it very strange to have an channel approx 20mm wide round the entire bathroom. I've even put a hot air gun directly onto a patch off floor to dry it out and within 20mins you could see the damp coming back

The landlord is very aware of me taking them off. We have a little sort of arrangement as I'll do the work if he supplies the materials. He just down plays how serious the damage is
